The Lehigh Oceans Research Center at Lehigh University is a interdisciplinary consortium of researchers studying the ocean and the life within it. Our research combines fieldwork, laboratory, and computational approaches. Current areas of expertise include deep-sea ecology (Herrera and Balmonte) and geochemistry (McDermott and Abell), and cnidarian biology (Herrera and Layden).
